I hear THE GENERATION GAME is coming back on the television soon. The host will be Miranda Hart. Will you be watching it? I wont.. I believe when they bring successful programmes back for the second time they rarely work. What are your thoughts on this?

Can't stand Miranda Hart so it's a no from me. Don't believe in resurrecting old shows - it had its time and place and we've all moved on.

I agree with Maggie. They should think of new ideas instead of recycling all the outdated ones.

Definitely will NOT be watching it. Can't stand MH. Some shows are best left in the past .

I agree with you janbee. I think Generation Game was on plenty long enough the first time round!

Never could stand it anyway so wont be watching. Why do they try to revive old game shows?

On another thread about this, someone posted a link which says there are no definite plans for Miranda Hart to present.
I do like her, but hate the show, so even if she does present it I won't be watching.

Leave it to memory I say. You can't really tart up old game shows. Miranda Hart is not funny imo, she only got a laugh when doing the pratfalls on her 'comedy' shows. So to save money training another monkey they are going to re-invent her as a presenter.
