Not necessarily castration but some form of enforced and permanent contraception once they've had two children. There is no reason why other people should pay, through their taxes, to support such fecklessness.

I don't want to castrate anybody but if you re-term it as enforced and permanent contraception (without the accompanying loss of parts) then my answer to that question would be "No". I want it to apply to all races in accordance with the above.

I'm also in the castration camp. We should have licenses that one has to apply for in order to enjoy the privilege of having children. That way we could ensure that we can have the right sort of people in the future, as well as reducing the population.
Perhaps we could also put all those children who are starving in a big room together so the little parasites don't get in my way asking me for food on my way to tesco when I'm busy trying to think about how superior I am for taking advantage of their discounts. It really crimps my style, that.
