I'd imagine it is a play on the words 'Fulham' and 'fill 'em'.
What ?
Doesn't it sound like one of those awful euphemisms people used when they had their periods?

I've never heard this expression but I'd go with Quizmonster.

In our house we say "Fetch me a ladder " when a cup of tea isn't full. I presume this is said so you can reach the afore-mentioned?!

dont know about this one...but in our house we say 'more tea vicar' when someone breaks wind!!! anyone else say that or is it just us who are daft?
