how would you word this on a will:

The 'contents/proceeds' of the following two life insurance policies to be divided equally between......

what word/words would you use in place of 'contents/proceeds ?? neither sound right!

How about
"The sum realised from the maturity of the 2 policies etc"
"All monies payable to my estate under the provisions of the undermentioned life assurance policies shall be divided equally between . . . "
