Rhododendron Problem

Is my rhododendron dying? The stalks are going an orange colour.

I could be 'rhododendron rust'.
Are the orange blotches more prominent on the under sides of the leaves ?,
if so you may want to look in a garden centre for a fungicide treatment.

Some species of rhodo, do have an orange down on the young leaves, so check to see if this may be the case first.
