When/where do you AB?

Because of the nature of my work, the only times I can normally get on AB is at home between about 2pm and 5pm, and in the evenings after about 11, which means I often miss out on some good threads, but also means I'm one of the late birds who is often logged on at 1 in the morning. When does everyone else tend to be on AB?

I drop in and out whenever I'm at home which is quite a bit at the moment because I'm on long term sick for a good few months yet...
