My dear old cat who is 16 now has pee'd in the corner of our front room. She is usually very good and lets us know when she wants to go out, but she must have got shut in there yesterday.

When I got in from work I opened the door and Bang! the stink hit me in the face.

It made me wander if anyone has any good tips that work for getting rid of the smell?

You can stuff from the supermarkets or Pet Shops that just spray on that get rid of the smell. I don't know the name but I'm sure thestaff would help you.

For some reason Windowlene keeps popping into my head but I'm not sure why.......

The 1st answer is probably the best bet!!!!

1001 Pet Stain & Odour remover is excellent.I got mine in local supermarket

Bicarbonate of soda. Make it into a paste with water, spread it on the patch & leave overnight. Vacuum off.

Should do the trick, can be repeated/left for longer.
