If charities want to make the best use of their money, why do they have custom made head offices in central London?
I don't support any charity that has a head office in London for the simple fact that it is not necessary !
As for the ones who have offices custom built well ....
I only give to RNLI, Royal British Legion and local charities nowadays. I will also donate to some of the ones like the Stephen Sutton appeal a few months ago and the Manchester Dogs Home one the other day, also some where children need medical treatment abroad because NHS can't or won't offer it here.
No, I don't think she should work for half as much just because it's a charity but unless her granddad was seriously underplaying the job it sounded like she was the office junior.
