Reasons To Be Cheerful

reasons to be cheerful:
1. the sun is shining.
2. i'm drinking a lovely cup of coffee.
3. the weekend is here.
4. I've got lots to do.
5. Scotland is staying at home.

reasons not to be cheerful:
1. my youngest has hurt one of her feet and is not able to come and visit. very sad.

Well my reason to be cheerful is that it is Friday - this is the first week back at work after my holidays and its almost over with
God I hate my job

1/ good swim & relax in the jacuzzi earlier
2/ got breakfast bought for me
3/ nearly lunchtime
4/ i have monday off

I. I found a fantastic place to eat on the South Bank.

2. Saw the beautiful Joan Baez in concert....♥

3. We won the pub quiz last night....(what I'll do for bottles of wine)....☺

Lots of reasons to be cheerful.

1.It's getting all wild and autumnal outside- favourite time of year.
2. Getting new wolfhound puppy tomorrow- coming all the way form the Czech Republic courtesy of the lovely Carakeel and Ratter- thank you so much both:)
3. On a healthier diet and feeling fine.
4. Going out with a very lovely man.
5. Got some nice auditions coming up.

Downs- worried about my sister who has to have a colonoscopy soon- very worried in fact :(

1. I've been allowed to take half a day flexi every Friday starting today.
2. There are some changes taking place at work which I'm hoping are for the better.
3. I'm financially better off now that I don't have to pay childcare costs.
4. I'm happy that Scotland has decided no. I think the UK is better together.

Not so cheerful.
1. I have a swelling on my ankle which I need to get x-rayed but haven't been to the hospital yet. My own fault that I haven't gone yet.
2. I'm very tired.

1. I'm not a foreigner in my own country
2. I'm ready to begin the next chapter in my life - there is one of 2
3. It's date night with my OH
4. I'm going to go make stir fry for tea

Reasons not to be cheerful
1. It's been one of those days
2. My toes are acting up

Reasons To Be Cheerful


1 I am loved.
2 My Granddaughter is 8 today and loved her gift and enjoyed her horse riding.
3 Hospital appointment went well, field vision no worse, eye pressure slightly better.
4 It's the weekend!

1. OH will be able to get home tomorrow from seeing his mum, without having to go through passport control - and we won't have to pay import duty on the mince rounds :-)
2. The sun has come out at last
3. The builders have only got a bit left to do, I can start to clean up the perpetual dust
4. The cats have eaten their dinner without fighting
