cannot find server

when i try to go on a web site it says cannot find server?

its not on all of them (obviously)?

but i can no longer go onto my Msn, i can get ebay but not My Ebay.

i am going online with ntl broadband. and please use layman terms.

had the same problem. do your LAN settings have use of proxy server enabled? right click internet explorer, internet properties, connections, LAN settings, and tick "use proxy server" box. this requires you to enter an address, you can find some NTL proxies at http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/showthread.php?t=8783

personally if the answer below dont work i think its NTL. as a friend of mine is on NTL and had and is still having trouble with Msn messenger and other internet sites. Perhaps change your broadband provider! :)
