what does Cannot find server or DNS Error mean

It means your browser can't make a connection to a site you want, either because the site's server isn't responding or because your ISPs DNS servers are having problems. DNS servers do the translation from a www address to the "real" address which is a series of numbers (not easy to remember - that's why web name addresses were invented).
