Splitting Rhubarb Plants
In the winter I intend to split my 2 rhubarb plants as they're now about 5 years old - once split and re-planted do I treat them as "new" plants and leave them to grow for a year before harvesting, or are they considered established enough to use next year?
TIA

All through the summer I have been giving it away to my neighbours. You will have a job to damage it, as it always seems to come back.
