Is it bad for me to go to the gym five times a week?
I usually do the bike, cross trainer and treadmill.

The heart is a muscle just like everything else, and needs to be treated and worked as muscle. It is, of course, possible to over-work yourself, so if you're incredibly sore just take a day off, or cut back on the amount your doing. Keep it up, you'll be all the healthier because of it!
Thats not bad for you at all.. we should all do at least 30 mins of exercise a day.. even when prego... I go 4-6 days a week running and biking and weights. I do one week hard and the next week light.... and so on.... And its great you are cross training.. that is better on your body then just sticking to one thing// GOOD JOB GAL keep it up!!!
