Heard her the other day on Woman's Hour - she was so very brave and even funny about her illness. So very sad. R.I.P. and thoughts go to her husband and family.

I met her a few times and she was exactly as she appeared on the screen.

Sad indeed - she didn't look that ill when she revealed she was being treated, so I assumed she had at least months left.
