All in one printer

epson cx3200, won't print anything on a document thats black, won't copy a document if i press the black/white button, but use the same document and press the colour button and it copies all includind the black text.

I can only suggest that the black ink may have run out or be faulty. Try replacing it. When you use colour copy, the machine 'makes' black from the other colours, so hence it works. But if the black ink is gone, that could be why it won't copy black or print black. Worth a try anyway.
