In order to bring about change, you have to get into power and he still isn't in sight of doing that. If he wins next years Election, then he will be in a position to do lots of things but until then, he and Ukip are just a pressure group. Just like the Greens and we can all see how successful they have

If he hasn't addressed anything, why have UKIP had a meteoric rise over the last 18 months? Are they giving away money to anyone who votes for them?
Or have they addressed the concerns of the man in the street/floating voter/disillusioned Tory or Labourite/apathetic non-voter of 30 years elligibility to do so who finally will?
