i am sure 99% i was not speeding, i got a notice to prosecute, how can i fight this ?

i have moved home ( in belfast ) its registered with dva , infact ive moved hoem 3 times in 6 years , but .....they are all registered with dva ni .

Sorry, but I have been reading this since it started . dieseldick you MUST have given the Liverpool address to the DVLA at sometime or the fine would not go to your Liverpool address. Only other possibility is that the fine letter was redirected by the post office as you have moved to Liverpool and have arranged for post to be redirected to you.
