Are they getting a fair deal? are they getting taken advantage of, what I mean would you use your own fuel FOC To do the Job?

I did. You can claim some back- but it works out to nearly nothing.

We were on Course within the NHS Pixie, they expected us to run from our area to Manchester, around trip of approx. 60 miles, I refused + they wanted us to Insure our own car for Business, I dare not print what my reply was to that!!

Business insurance is free, TWR. It's just added on to the policy. Yes - a lot of it is your own time and money.
