Why do the media, TV, magazines, supermarkets etc, tell us how to cook a turkey, pork, make mince pies and Xmas pudding every year?

Dont they know we have been doing it for years!!!!!!!

I am willing to try any recipe given to me anytime. Even if I have cooked the dish before. Variety is the spice of life. You can Always learn something new and perhaps be given tips of easier ways to do things t save time and money.

Well here's my perennial Christmas rant.... Stop substituting Christ in Christmas with an X . It is a pet hate of mine handed down years ago by my mum and she was spot on. So please make sure your future "Xmas" rants are CHRISTMAS rants!! Cheers
