I got my navel pierced about a week ago. It's very red still but doesn't hurt and doesn't have any puss what does this mean.

It sounds like it's healing nicely. Just keep it clean, I used Savlon spray stuff a few times a day.

Clean it with dettol and warm water. Should be fine.
