????? Is that a 'senior moment', Caran? eBay doesn't host films!!! At a wild guess, I'll assume that you meant to type 'Youtube' instead of 'eBay' ;-)
Unless things have changed recently, iPads don't (officially) support Flash videos. (It's Adobe Flash Player that's used to display Youtube videos on a Windows PC). That's because there's no love lost between Apple (who make iPads) and Adobe. (Steve Jobs vowed that no Apple product would ever have anything to do with Adobe's resource-hungry Flash).
However installing a different browser (rather than Safari) can fix the problem. Photon is widely praised for its ability to play Flash videos:
