when working in a residential home as a care assistant are employees entitled to a break away from the residents therefore employer providing a suitable area with seating?

I dont know but when I worked in a residential home many years ago we took our breaks in the dining room. Some older or smaller buildings might just not have a suitable area for this.
I don't get official breaks, but the nature of the work is that you can grab 5 minutes here and there to yourself. I'm sure if you spoke to your employer they would grant you a set 15 minutes?
