A Little Catch Up...

Hellooo... not been on for ages but wanted to let some of my friends on here what I've been up to... I'm sure there are some of you still around :)

I am writing this 5 days post op after having a spinal fusion and as my surgeon put it ' a general tidy up'.

So far so good, still really sore obviously but the pain is mainly under control.
I ended up with a bone graft instead of metal plating and he was really confident with the outcome.
I know I will more than likely never be pain free but hopefully this is a major step forward :)
