propranolol

has anyone been on propranolol and did it work? been reading reponses to similar questions on here but seems most people have been on them for migraines. i've got them to stop my heart beating so fast which causes me to feel very sick, and wondered if any one used them for symptoms like these? xx

I had them for panic attacks and they were very effective except they made me feel lethargic.

They work very well to prevent the heart racing. The dose for anxiety usually starts low initially and can increase if it doesn't work at first. It is a good drug, but shouldn't be used if you have asthma as it can make that worse.
