If one feels a need to employ armed military in civilian areas one is effectively admitting the situation is out of control. I can't see how one can claim this is necessary in any part of the UK at present.

Therefore, perhaps AOG means that troops should be deployed all over the country, rather than just in predominantly Asian communities.
