hiya it should be in the book you get when u join...there is a table which tells you how many u should have for your height and weight
Try Ebay, and look for something along the line of Weightwatchers Starter Pack or Switch Handbook. The only other way is to join WW
It doen't go on height, the number of points per day depends on how much weight you have to lose. The more weight, the more points you get, as you lose weight, you get less.
in the new weight watchers book, it asks you all sorts of questions to determine how many points you have a day including height, weight, age, male/female, level of activity etc....this is the new book so its obviously changed now.
how many points can you have a day
it depends on your height, weight, sex, and activity level...i can have 24 points a day but my mum can have 18 a day.
