Hi all, I've heard there is a website run by Quentin Wilson (Top Gear) that deals with all car related legal issues i.e garage repairs etc, is this true and if so does anyone know the web address?

Not that I'm aware of. He answers this type of thing in his weekly column in the Sunday Mirror, which is replicated on this site:
