Deal Or No Deal Recording

Does anyone know how long the recording goes on for? I assumed 5 programmes would be recorded per day, as with Countdown. I know someone who has just been accepted for it and they've been told they have to take 2 weeks off work for the recording.

I read somewhere they do 3 a day, hope that helps.

By the sound of it they stay in a hotel, so they probably have all sorts of fun.

Wikipedia states that episodes are recorded at a rate of 15 per week:

i went to a recording and they did one in the morning and 2 in the afternoon the second one in the afternoon lasted nearly 3 hours

I wonder when NE gets time for a holiday, and how much he gets per week.
