Do you mean that Microsoft Word has disappeared from your computer or you can't find your documents?
If it's the second, try the 'Find' feature in the Start Menu, click on Files and Folders and then type in the name of the file you have lost. If you can't remember then type in *.doc and it should find all Word documents.
If this doesn't help at all then could you give more information and I'll try to help.
