Sky Planner.

Have lots of programs that wish to record more than once on sky planner. Problem now is that after any program has recorded it then fails to record again despite being set to record whole series. It comes up with the green arrows at the end on the screen showing it will record again and not just a one off. So daily am having to manually add to record which defeats the object of when out or away.
Is anyone else having this problem or had it and resolved it. Was all fine until few days ago. Thanks

I had exactly this problem until two days ago, i unplugged the box from the wall for a couple of hours, this cured the problem

I've had the same problem recently.

Unplug the Sky box from the mains for five minutes. Then plug in and give it ten minutes to reboot istelf.

That worked for me (it seems to be a common problem to do with the EPG being corrupted - which is cured by a complete reboot/reload).
