Does it really matter what one chooses to call them, the legal age of consent is 16, and any one under that age could be classed a child.

It really does matter, AOG. The law puts the under 13s in to a category of its own, separate from children aged 13 or over.

There is a huge difference between an adult raping a fifteen week old baby compared with an adult raping a 15 year old, don't you think?

They've just jailed a 91 year old retired teacher for sadistic bullying for 9 years. I will be very surprised if Fred Talbot doesn't go to prison. In fact I will bet my last penny on it
