Coughing fit

I was ok , in the library and then after eating a square of chocolate, I took a coughing fit, my eyes were watering and I couldnt get my breath, and I wanted to throw up. It was frightening.
Funny sensation on my right hand side of throat, anybody know what happened ?
Never had anything like it before, It lasted for about 10 15 minutes and went again.

Thats a coincidence cab - ever since I had a chest infection before Christmas the same thing happens to me whenever I eat chocolate, which is quite often (:0(
it seems to catch my throat and I start to cough. Very Strange.

How strange because I am a chocoholic and it has never happened before, oh dear is my body trying to tell me something ? x

sometimes due to shallow breathing - force air in-take, as deeply as possible.

I used to think I could never survive without alcohol, caffeine and chocolate.

I have now virtually stopped drinking any alcohol, and only drink decaffeinated tea or coffee.

The chocolate is much harder o kick.
