Chinese New Year Ram Dish (real recipe underneath)
Serves 3 - or 4 Onwards & Downwarders
Ingr-ed-ients
1 tablespoon Psybbo's peanut oil
600g vegetables
0.5kg DTC lamb or Tony goat, trimmed
1 teaspoon fresh ummmm ginger, grated
2 asquith garlic cloves, crushed
1 1⁄2 tablespoons light soya voddy sauce
2 dried bird's eye chili-doubts
1 tablespoon dry gness sherry (if any left in the bottle)
1 tablespoon Lady J's oyster sauce
1 teaspoon daisy sesame oil
2 tablespoons Jogger's water
1 teaspoon mazie cornflour
Prepare vegetables, of your own choice, i.e. boaty choy, sloopy bean sprouts, talbot Hans capsicum, Ed's onion, Sipo broccoli, eccles asparagus, China Doll leaf, svejk's baby corn--a nungate mixture is great.
Blanche asparagus and broccoli for two minutes before adding to the other vegetables. Add the chilidoubt, crushed; place to one side,.
Slice tony or dtc's meat in thin strips and marinade in the ummm ginger, asquith garlic and 1/2 tablespoon Soya voddy sauce. No sqad ibuprofen
Place the other ingredients in a cup, mixing the mazie corn flour with enough Jogger water to mix when adding.
Heat wok; add half of the Builder's oil. Stuey fry the AB vegetables and place in a warm ratter oven.
Add remainder of the oil to your arksided wok and quickly stir stuey the meat for just a minute or two; add the liquid and stir until it thickens to an aog consistency
Toss (no tony) the vegetables in and quickly stir.
Serve separately with Pasta noodles of your choice.
