I Have Had A Pain

left side of my neck inside my throat for a few months now. Doctor has put me on tummy acid tablets. I have taken a month and it is much better but not gone yet. She has prescribed another month at double the dose of two a day. If it does not go I will have to see the ENT specialist. Anyone had similar ?

No I haven't.

Have you had any difficulty (sticking) in swallowing and any change in your voice?

Any earache?

No earache, voice unchanged, sometimes but not often I get a feeling of something stuck in throat mainly when I eat dairy so try and keep off it.

OK....it would appear to be no big deal, but an ENT surgeon will have a look down.

Doctor just implied that if the tablets did the trick, then fine, but if not it may be a little more sinister.
