Every bank does it , always has and always will to some degree or other.
Surely people arent as naiive to think that the clients of these banks go to them to be shown how to increase their liability !

This particular one is about suspected tax evasion rather than avoidance.

Many financial institutions will off tax avoidance (or maximizing your income) and it is quite legal. Evasion is another matter.
