Is This Food Poisoning ?

Had a sore stomach for several days now. Symptoms are painful abdominal cramping, slight nausea, gas, constipation and a swollen stomach, very hard to the touch

Most causes of food poisoning lead to severe vomiting and diarrhoea, so I doubt that's the cause.

No........it isn't food poisoning.

With those symptoms, particularly if you haven't passed wind rectally, I would get medical attention.......GP or casualty.

Sqad I am passing wind, and have been to the toilet yesterday but still have discomfort in tummy
