Bank Charges

Someone told me that it is possible to claim money back from your banks for bounced cheques and unarranged borrowing fees etc, as the fines are too high and unfair.

I am notoriously crap at managing my finances and get charged on average �30 a month.

Is it true that you can claim this money back?.
