Do you remove the stirrer blade after mixing and before rising, then it is just the spindle that the loaf has to slide off. I put a few drops of cooking oil on the spindle to help. Have had my breadmaker for a couple of years and the non-stick is wearing off of the swages in the side of the pan and this causes the loaf to stick sometimes.
Hi telegram, all you can do is well oil the paddle & dust with flour before adding ingredients. Or ... if your bread machine has a dough only feature, make till dough stage & finish off in the oven. Quite annoying that paddle though.
I used to make my own bread for a while. Too much hassle though. I'm lucky, as where I live, I have two wonderful French bakeries close by and also one owned by British people but they did most of their training throughout Europe so their breads, cakes pastries are all.... just sooooo gorgeous. It's no wonder I'm a fatso.
Can you beat the smell of baking bread? Mmmm, lovely. Forget the Bisto Kids, be a Bread Kid and follow THAT smell.
I'm on my third bread maker, so have been using it for many years. A drop of olive oil on the spindle, and a bit of butter on the paddle. You can brush the side of the tin with butter too if you wish, although that shouldn't be necessary.
Also, Take the bread out hot. (Use an oven glove) and it should come out easily. Stand it on a trivet to cool. If the paddle is still inside you can remove it once the bread has cooled.
