My cats are only vicious towards birds and mice, Wolf63. (They tried being vicious towards the visiting big black cat that comes in every night - but he simply ignores them!).

So far, not a single one of them has ever tried to scratch me or bite me.

Frankie, my avatar, is a laid-back, food motivated coward.

Princess Merlin, the scary one, is not as bad as she used to be. The vet tried to weigh her once and she went ballistic. It was actually kind of impressive and a little amusing. The vet also mentioned that she had a few sandwiches missing from her picnic basket.

They are siblings - same mum and not sure about their fathers. They will be ten soon so they are slowing down a little.

Frankie is on a diet, his steroids give him the munchies so he has put on a little weight. Did you know that there are about 30 to 35 calories in a mouse? I worked out that they should be getting about 350 calories per day.

They are both loveable and loving - usually when I have a packet of Dreamies in my hand.

They are complicated and cunning animals. I am never sure whether it is okay to call Merlin a vicious little *** (lady dog if that gets zapped)??

I've got 3 of those, Wolf. (Chequers, Biscuit and Tablo). Moonbeam almost fits the description but he's always too tense to be called 'laid-back'. Only their mum, Patches, exhibits any bravery! (The other four dash into the house as soon as anyone simply appears at the far end of the road - I'm the only human that they want anything to do with!)

I like the bit in this video where the lion walks down the rocks. His face goes from "food" until he recognises the guys and goes "friends".

They are just big pussy cats - stressing the word 'big'.

Chris - all the feisty cats that I know are female. Murphy McFluffy, Indi Boo, Merlin Wolf and now Patches Chico. All my friends have male furries and all my previous furry friends have been male.

Merlin has bitten the Postman, the joiner, the boiler repair man - all told not to try and stroke her. They all said that she was so cute and cuddly looking that they thought that I had been cruel about her character. She beats up Frankie regularly too.

I am really tired and am off up to try to sleep, first we have to get young Francis off the bed. He is brave enough to growl at me.
