I am the power of attorney for my wife's affairs since moving I have lost mislaid the official document can any tell if the office of the public guardian would issue another document

What if the original Enduring Power of Attorney has been lost?

If the original EPA has been lost, destroyed or stolen a certified
copy can be registered. If you submit a certified copy, you must
confirm the loss of the original EPA in writing. An uncertified
photocopy will only be registered on the Court’s order.

The Original document is Officially Stamped by the court Ubasses, been through it of late.

Yes I know TWR, been through it too, but just looked it up on the website to find out what to do if it was lost and that was a copy and paste from there.
