Deaf Judge

A Judge is just about to pass sentence on the accused man and he asks him. '' Prisoner at the bar, do you wish to say anything before I pass sentence?''
The accused looks back at the judge and says '' ***k all ''
The judge is a bit deaf and does not hear the reply, so he asks the clerk to the court '' What did he say?''
The clerk replies '' He said '***k All' your Honer''
''Don't be a daft '' says the Judge '' I saw his lips move!''
