How Can I Restore Google Chrome

I recently bought from EE a Kestrel phone, over the last few days when I have tried to open Google Chrome it displays a message saying Google chrome is no longer available.
Can anyone please tell me how to restore it.

Just go to the play store, search for "Chrome" and install it

Uninstall chrome first through 'setting', then re-install it
