found a good recipe if you want to try it out before the festive season,you need
1lb brussel sprouts
oil(for frying)
2shallots
1 clove garlic
200mls stock
handful of fresh chopped parsley and mint
25g.butter
fry shallots and garlic 5mins.stir in sprouts(halved)and stock,cook 7/8 mins.add parsley and mint and cook further 2 mins,
that gives you time to practice in plenty of time before xmas,ENJOY.
Phew!....My Christmas sprouts are all trimmed and steeping in the saucepan, Kate.......thank goodness I hadn't put them on to boil yet...this sounds nice......☺
