Was it Butlins or Pontins (or both) that had staff walking round the complex at night checking on the children while mum and dad were relaxing in the club? If anything was amiss the room number would be announced over the tannoy.
Andy was similar scenario ground floor le Morne Brabant Mauritius. However we all now know better and even though my kids were slightly older it was definitely unwise but something I would have thought at the time was safe
When we went away when our kids were little the hotel offered a babysitting service. This service was a baby monitor. Anyone could have still got in the room and turned it off.
It's a sad story but I'd rather check on my kids every half an hour myself than leave it to a stranger. That's all the hotels baby sitting service would have provided.
I think it's horrible the way people are judging them. Judging them for doing what millions of parents do. An every half hour check in baby sitting service.
