Boil the potatoes for 5 mins, while making the batter. When potaotes done, drain the water, pour a little bit of oil into the saucepan, and give them a good shake to roughen the outside and coat with oil. Put them around the meat, and put the batter in the yorkshire tin. Put everything back in the oven.
Get all the veg ready, and then sit down for a bit.
Get the meat out to relax, get the yorkshires out. Put the water on for the veg and cook them.
Carve the meat, make some gravy.
Eat.
