I wanted to watch for the acting - superb Sheridan Smith, I hope she has enough room on her mantlepiece for all her awards.

It didn't make me cry but it was so well done that I felt completely stunned at the end. I'm glad there wasn't a death bed scene, that would have been too much.

Sheridan Smith and Paul Nicholls were both superb. An excellent piece of drama from the BBC.
Just this minute finished watching it. For anyone who's been personally affected by cancer it's very emotional. Well acted.

I'm sorry to hear so many of you have been through it.

Tilly....I cry at everything...happy and sad things.

When I hear that someone has cancer I'd never thought about how ill the treatment would make them and how mentally and emotionally strong they'd need to be. It certainly gave me an understanding I never had before.
Blast...missed it. Is it shown again?
BBC iplayer flump, on catch up x
Thanks Elina x

I plucked up courage to watch it earlier on while OH was asleep.(I don't like crying in front of him). It was fantastic. She was so believable in the role. She deserves an award for this.
