How Much For 4 Portions.....

Ordering my meat tonight for a casserole that you helped me in deciding which steak to use, so how much should I order for 5 average portions, cant get used to these foreign weights?

About 150 gram per person, unless they like bigger portions

6 - 8 ounces approx , around 180 - 200 grammes per portion.

When I cook for 4 I usually ask for 750g it's usually over but I' d rather have too much than not enough. You could buy extra and freeze it?

Hello Sam...they haven't lasted too long because they usually provide the cheapest (zinc-carbon) batteries with these things. The lithiums will last many, many times longer (I hope and expect!).

They will be the same size though won't they ? Not the little round ones, I have to use 3 ( or was it 4?) of the AAA

Yes...the same physical size as you have now (AAA) but with "Lithium" on them. Usually a big brand name....Energiser, in blue and silver I think.
