What Type Of Orchid Is This?

It's about 18inches tall, has a stem that looks quite like bamboo, leaves that are not opposite each other and the flowers (pure white) grow under the leaves in twos and threes, I had it for Mothers day but no info came with it , there are two new stems growing but the first is still in flower, I just do not know how to look after it and don't want to kill it, help please.
