Cupboard Door Closers
8 Answers
My understairs cupboard door doesnt click home in any way, so when I shut it, it just kinda bounces back open. I don't want to put an ugly bolt on the outside of the door. I want some sort of invisible way of the door just clicking shut and staying shut until I decide to open the door. What is the name of the thing I need to look for?

If the lock on your door is a little nylon type roller thing.... spin it round with your finger till you see a groove. Insert a small coin into the groove and push it in towards the actual door and turn it 360 anti clockwise. keep doing this one turn at a time till the nylon roller fits snugly into the keeper, and keeps the door shut.

Roller latches; "bale latches" etc as the others have mentioned. They still need a sticky-outy handle though.
I like Mastercraft's idea though. Touch latches ................

These particular ones are a bit cheap and tacky. Have a Google for some better ones if you fancy them.
Push to open and push to close ......... no handle needed.
