I have just had an electro cardiogram test and the print out states "sinus rhythm, left axis deviation consistent with LAFB. No significant abnormalit
The report has gone to my GP and I won't be given the result.
What is the meaning of LAFB. I wonder?

but you can't demand an explanation ( that is you can demand the data only but not the significance )
misprint for LAHB - left anterior hemi-block
If you get the ECG - then the first three I, II and III are designed to go Up up up and in your case go up down down - = LAD
LAHB is where if you look at some of the V - leads instead of a mountain peak is W shaped.
No sig abormality is the erm significant comment
